We had a pleasant stay overall. The food was excellent, with both great taste and a wide variety of options available at each meal. The hotel's central location was a big plus. it was easy to enjoy the beach or explore Kemer town center on foot in the evenings. The room's air conditioning system was one of the best l've experienced, very efficient and reliable. Most of the staff were clearly experienced and attentive, doing their best to make guests feel comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Hanim for her outstanding service. However, the animation team could have been more active during the day. Also, we noticed some issues regarding guest behavior at the buffet, such as excessive food waste and stockpiling of packaged items, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, these are not directly hotel’s fault but rather a matter of guest etiquette.

I spent my vacation at this hotel and I’m absolutely delighted! Everything was top-notch – from the friendly and professional staff, to the delicious food, and the impeccable cleanliness. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I felt truly cared for in every detail. Guests are looked after here at the highest level, and the quality of service definitely exceeds the price. I can’t wait to come back – this place has truly stolen my heart!

Decent Value but Major Drawbacks Pros: • Good value for an all-inclusive deal • Large variety of food and fresh salads daily • Very spacious outdoor pool • Brewed tea available in the lobby from morning until evening Cons: • Very noisy environment: loud bar music, mosque calls, and inconsiderate guests/staff make it hard to relax • The free alcohol (especially the vodka) is extremely low quality — my friend got sick from it • Cocktails at the hotel bar were disappointing: even the paid ones barely contained any alcohol • The ice cream seller/shopkeeper by the beach overcharged us — a Magnum was €6, though it normally costs €2–3 • Gravel beach is located about 7 minutes away via the hotel’s shuttle • No Wi-Fi in the rooms unless you pay extra Conclusion: If you’re coming for the pool and food variety on a budget, it might be worth it — but don’t expect peace, quality drinks, or a pleasant beach experience. Wi-Fi, honesty, and restful sleep are not included.
