Hotel Villa Beccaris

The photos and views of this hotel don’t do it justice. Absolutely charming and gorgeous plane to stay. All the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels like you’re staying at a bed and breakfast in a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that has stunning views and great service.

Attended my friends wedding here and we loved it. Service was friendly and the villa was very easy to get around. Rooms were beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Pool could use a heater at this time because it was a bit cold to get in at night, but the view from the pool was amazing. Views from the balcony are also just great.

More pretense than reality, once top, now flop. Actually not a real hotel but a bed and breakfast (None of the staff obviously come from the hospitality industry.) Massively overprice, very cramped “Deluxe” room (€450!) with supposedly 25m2. The size was certainly not correct. Furnished with old, worn, scratched and mismatched furniture (see photo). Cheapest shower products. Everything in the room squeaks, door handles, cupboard, drawers etc. You can tell that no maintenance has been done for many years. Almost no pressure on the water pipes, slow internet, ... Water leaks into the garage. Water dripping under the dining room... Cheap breakfast buffet with buns and croissants from the discount store. No normal bread. Really bad coffee by Italian standards. Inattentive service. We are often in Italy but can't remember ever having stayed in such a bad hotel. Very disappointing. At least the view from the garden is great!
