Very nice hotel. A short walk to the beach via a walking path and a green belt. Nearby locations of natural parks for hiking and biking. The surroundings are kept very clean. You can see how the Germans care about order and especially along the coast near Binz clean and accessible toilet. facilities.
Pleasant experience with breakfast and dinner. 20€ city tax for two nights for two people - very high. Also parking - 20€ per day in some other hotel nearby without any surveillance. The room had dirty walls, the pillows are like a marshmallow and do not sustain a good sleep, the carpets on the hall small smoked tobacco and don’t look clean. The bathroom is great, hot shower and clean towels. Fridge in the room. Amenities such as kettle, seif are available.
Nice enough hotel. Great location. Good customer service. Our room was spacious and alright for two nights. We had someone stamping in the room above us. I reported this to reception and they dealt with the issue right away. Cleanliness in the room could have be improved. The shower wasn't cleaned and the bedspread was just left as they found it over the chair. There were hairs that don't look like either of our hairs in the bed and one pillow case had stains on it. I'm not a fan of carpet especially not brown carpet, as I find it unhygienic but that is what the accommodation has.
