Hotel Villa Bianca

The rooms were clean, but thats about it with this hotel. The hotel is very, very dated. Rooms are very small, showers are too small. Beds are almost unbearable. Cracks in the wall, wall outlets are loose. If you want to visit town center, you need a cable car ticket, 10€ each round trip. Windows and doors are very very badly sealed. Very loud hotel. Breakfast is not really good. The fruit feels like it is coming from a can. It won't take a lot of effort to find something better..

It wasn’t the perfect accommodation for us, as we were expecting more from this hotel. On the first day we arrived, the person who welcomed us was very rude and arrogant. We thought we had booked a room in the yellow building shown in the photos, but he told us, “Your room is not here, it’s up there,” without showing us the way or accompanying us in case we had any issues with the room. He didn’t even mention that there were stairs connecting the two buildings — which we had to take every day to come down for breakfast. Before we discovered the stairs, we walked up and down at night on a completely dark street with no lighting. When we asked about parking, he said, “If you find a spot, park. If not, solve it yourself.” Our room also had no Wi-Fi. We did appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the view. Perhaps we would have been happier with our stay if we had been greeted with a bit more kindness — we probably wouldn’t have noticed these things so much

⭐ Review: 1 star Title: Wrong room and unprofessional staff Review: We booked a room with a balcony and sea view, but upon arrival we were given a completely different room — no balcony and a view of the garden instead. We clearly showed the reservation confirmation, but the man at the reception — an older gentleman with gray hair, present on June 30, 2025, around 6:50 PM — refused to help us in any way. His attitude was completely unprofessional: no apology, no explanation, and no solution offered. We felt completely ignored and treated with indifference, as if our issue didn’t matter at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or even basic respect for the guest. A truly disappointing experience.
