Lovely, very well appointed rooms. So badly let down by management. They accept booking without adequate provisions, for food and staffing. Such a disappointment as the setting is quite favourable, despite claiming there is a free shuttle service to town, there was no such service at all. If you’re part of a group, with no shuttle, you’re stuck. Such a terrible shame.

The hotel is a bit old and antiquated as many italian hotels are. But it has charm and nice large rooms, purs had a balcony which was lovely. Complementary drinking water and tea and coffee would have been a nice touch, sadly there was none. The staff couldn't be less interested in their guests. The breakfast is awful, even the bread was awful. Which I hard to do in Italy where even the most basic bread is nice. The coffee machine makes luke warm coffee. Based on this experience we wouldn't stay again nor recommend it. For some reason there was no where to add pictures of breakfast.
