Best hotel to cover Mondole ski area - Excellent value, 4 stars modern comfort, great home made food, a secret to keep !

Great hospitality, modern rooms. Food is amazing! Highly recommend.

No respect for the local community. They leave the AC (or whatever it is) machinery running at full force, creating horrendous vibrations and a constant, very loud buzzing noise day and night which can be heard even through modern, double-glazed, insulated windows. The noise is very loud no matter what the temperature is. As a result, we neighbours, despite living around 50 metres away, can’t ever enjoy some quiet time at home or sleep at night. I wonder how the hotel guests can even sleep there? The owners don’t want to do anything about it whatsoever, not even to add noise cancelling panels between the machine and our building. Especially in these times of energy shortages, it is a slap in the face on those who can’t afford to pay for their electricity bills as prices rise due to such energy-voracious luxuries which never used to be the norm in this part of the country. It is not my fault that they ignorantly built or bought their hotel with a metal roof and nor I nor my family should not have to pay for their bad and unsustainable business model. This is meant to be a friendly and quiet mountain town in Piedmont.
