Hotel Villa Costanza

Alison Hunt 5/5 8 minutes ago on Google What a find this lovely hotel was. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our lovely room by Rececca who was very efficient and helpful. After settling in we enjoyed beers and complimentary savouries in the garden. It was lovely to have a jacuzzi bath after a long day's hiking. The grounds are magnificent and we saw rabbits and were serenaded by all the frogs in the pond. They were hilarious and drowned out road and train noise. This is a wedding/ party venue and we were lucky that there was an event on so we were able to have dinner there as we didn't fancy having to hike back into town. Dinner was absolutely delicious and very reasonable for all that we had. There were lots of local specialties for us to try and Matthew our excellent waiter took the time to explain things to us. Both he and Rebecca spoke English very well. Breakfast was on site and there was a good selection of savoury and sweet delights to tempt us including fresh fruit salad. Coffee was lovely too.

This hotel has the nicest staff in the world. They were so kind and welcoming to me and my dog. The room was clean and spacious with a nice garden, and the cafe nearby for breakfast was also lovely. Can definitely recommend!
