Staff is extremely friendly and wants you to have a good time! We got a free upgrade to a room with view over the lake because it was not busy in the hotel. We did not even ask for a free upgrade of gave hints to it whatsoever. They gave us information on what to do in the neighborhood at checking in. At breakfast they'll ask if you want coffee or cappuccino because there's no machine standing at breakfast. The room was clean, and the view is amazing! If you come here, be sure to get one with the view because it really is worth it. You'll even get a balcony. Only con was that the door of the shower was loose. They fixed this within 20 minutes when i told them, but it sadly broke the next day again.(no we didn't do anything crazy with the door except for opening it) It's not that big of an issue for me, but something to keep in mind. The toilet seat is also a bit loose, but not loose enough for it to move by just sitting on it. Air condition was perfect. A lot of options on the remote for swivel and how fast the fan goes. You can also control the temperature and even set timers. Definitely would go here again if i ever got the chance.

The view is amazing and the hotel is nice - but a bit dated and tired. The staff were very friendly and nice. As we landed late they encouraged us to take dinner in the restaurant. We had a bottle of water, two bottles of local beer and two simple pasta dishes. The pasta was OK- not great - but adequate. We were charged €59 for this. The pasta was €16.50 each - expensive for what it was. But the still water was $5 a bottle and the local beer €8 a bottle. On top of this there was a 'cover charge' of €6. Ludicrously expensive and ruined our experience. On top of this when the hotel rang us a taxi the next morning to go 2.3km to our next destination- we were charged €20 for the 3 minute ride. Not their fault perhaps - but another reason not to stay here.

Well, place is dirty and run down to the ground, but when you run your business with staff that is to old to serve food outside or because they are by them selves well this is what you get hotel was empty upon our arrival no wonder why windows are dirty breakfast staff is rude instead of asking my wife what kind of drink she would like or even just greeting here with good morning as I was already at the table she just announced that the breakfast is closed now at 9:35am with me at the table 😅 good luck with that kind of attitude 🫡
