One word....AMAZING Fantastic Service. Beyond Amazing Customer Service. Breakfast was delicious. All staff was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing but carefree and amazing. Definitely staying again. Can't wait to go back.
Beautiful hotel at a great location. Hygiene is at the highest level. Just under the hotel there is a great napolitan pizza place. Very charming manager!!
We were called by the front desk a couple hours before leaving to the airport on the day of check-in and told that they were accidentally overbooked. The woman who called us offered us no solution of another place to stay and basically left us with no accommodations hours before our flight. The way they handled the situation was also extremely unprofessional as they were unwilling to accommodate any request. It is not worth betting your trip here as they seem to be a very disorganized hotel. Would definitely not recommend booking here.
