Hotel Villa Elsa

This hotel is really cozy. The Salzgrotte is something special and I loved being able to use it along with the sauna and steam room. The breakfast is cute, they've got a lot of options and the scrambled eggs were perfectly delicious.

The hotel is just top. Cleanliness is very important for my family, and surprisingly there was nothing to complain about. At the same time, the hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are large with very comfortable furniture. We were very surprised that, unlike many hotels, breakfast, and the pool and sauna are included in the room price. The breakfasts are big and very tasty. The pool and sauna are also very clean. We recommend the hotel to visit. We all liked it very much.

I stayed at the hotel two times. So after those two trips my feetback: I liked the rooms, they were spacious. The refrigerator was awesome because I went at a time where it was hot outside and inside. The only thing that was missing foe me, was a air-condition. They had a gym. The equipment was really good. What I don't like about it, no towls, no water fountain and opening hours. The reason was, for the safety of children and pool but you can or could open the fitness room on its own. So sadly for me, opening hours. The breakfast was good. Had a good variety and again everybody can find something. What I was missing were fish options. That is like the plus on everything for me. Depending on who is working on the morning the breakfast was earlier ready. (I needed that because I had to travel again early) so on some days the things I like weren't ready after the breakfast hours. The staff was very friendly but the time at the reception took sometimes a lot of time. And that is saying not about new employees that are learning that stuff it is about the normal employees. Sometimes I have to be on the road again and waiting makes it sometimes difficult for me. Nonetheless I liked the stay there a lot. And would recommend this hotel at any time.
