Cozy and dated but old-world charming hotel with rooms right on the lake. Beautiful balcony with stunning views. Rooms have wonderful automated blackout shutters. Updated bathrooms and a lovely outdoor restaurant , Raimondo. Close to the ferry and a 15 min drive to Como. Wonderful, personal concierge - shout out to Katerina!

To start, this was a wonderful beautiful hotel. Easy to get to from Milan. The staff is very helpful , kind and accommodating. Our flight was delayed a day and they senselessly moved our reservation to accommodate an extra day on the end, working with our third party booking site. We had a beautiful balcony room and loved that upon check in a bottle of champagne was waiting in our room for us. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious with great gluten free options. The breakfast buffet is delicious and huge. Very nice dock on the hotel where are boat was easily able to pick us up. We will definitely be back!! This hotel is so stunning it felt like the next white lotus should be filmed here.
