Stayed for one night before flying back Internationally and being inside the international airport was super helpful and convenient. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The amenities included were nice cause I didn't have to pull my suitcase apart to get to my personal things, and the laundry room was good price and worked well. Also, there luggage storage room was helpful since we got there early.
I booked a room here for my last night in Japan to have quick, easy access to the airport for my flight. The staff was professional, helpful, and kind, even when I walked right by the change machine to ask for change for the laundry. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was good with a choice of both Japanese and Western dishes. There’s a decent bit of shopping and restaurant choices without leaving the hotel/airport complex. The onsen was my favorite part. It’s an extra 2,000 yen but worth every bit. I went twice during my stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the perfect way to unwind after hectic travel and before my flight back home. I would definitely stay here again.
I definitely recommend staying here!! Great for the end of the trip - The location is amazing right at the airport and we wouldn’t have made our flight from anywhere else. The baths are WONDERFUL. The rooms were good. The missing star is due to service. When checking in, I was obviously struggling with my child and luggage. I was brought a cart and left to it where other hotels in Japan always brought my luggage for me. However, it shouldn’t keep anyone from booking! Maybe it was just a busy night
