Stayed for one night before flying back Internationally and being inside the international airport was super helpful and convenient. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The amenities included were nice cause I didn't have to pull my suitcase apart to get to my personal things, and the laundry room was good price and worked well. Also, there luggage storage room was helpful since we got there early.
I definitely recommend staying here!! Great for the end of the trip - The location is amazing right at the airport and we wouldn’t have made our flight from anywhere else. The baths are WONDERFUL. The rooms were good. The missing star is due to service. When checking in, I was obviously struggling with my child and luggage. I was brought a cart and left to it where other hotels in Japan always brought my luggage for me. However, it shouldn’t keep anyone from booking! Maybe it was just a busy night
I prefer this hotel over The Park Royal if you need to stay over. The room and bed are larger and the Air Cond in the Room is excellent. Room is nice and quiet. This is not exactly connected directly to the departure lounge but is still very close and all covered. Breakfast Buffet was included as was excellent, even had soft serve ice cream at breakfast! Would stay again? YES.
