From the moment we arrived at Hotel Villa Franca, we were warmly greeted by every member of the staff—something that continued throughout our stay and truly made us feel at home. The views from the hotel and rooftop bar were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to that each morning felt like a dream. The room itself was beautiful, with funky and stylish decor that gave it so much character. Everything was impeccably clean—housekeeping went above and beyond, refreshing the room so often and with such care. Little thoughtful touches made a big difference—like the sweet treats in the afternoon, breakfast boxes to go, and a delicious daily breakfast to start our day. The staff were incredibly helpful with lunch recommendations and even assisted us with booking services like a car for a day trip. Hotel Villa Franca offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt cared for and appreciated every thoughtful detail. This hotel made our first trip to Positano so memorable—and we can’t wait to come back!

My husband and i absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed a week. The concierge ( Alanora and all the others ) were simply fantastic with Helping us navigate car service and reservations. We LOVED the rooftop bar and their food was excellent. Can't say enough about the views. We had a sea view room with balcony. The hotel sits high up and the views are beautiful. This hotel left a lasting impression on me. It offers one of the best views I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking and perfect for relaxing. On top of that, it features one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever tried. The food was authentic, delicious, and the ambiance was unforgettable. It’s truly one of the greatest places to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates great scenery and exceptional dining.
