Hotel Villa I Pini

This boutique hotel in Malo is truly a hidden gem. I was especially impressed by the restaurant—the ambiance, service, and food were all exceptional. A heartfelt kudos to the chef and staff for delivering such an exquisite dining experience. :) Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with staff clearly communicating all the essential details. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and modernity, featuring smart technology, a well-stocked minibar, lovely balconies, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. One downside was that the washbasin, bidet, and toilet were quite low, which affected comfort slightly. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to consider offering curated activities for guests, especially since the local area has limited attractions. Adding a swimming pool or a thermal pool would also elevate the overall experience to another level.

I loved this hotel and will most likely be using it if God wills. The rooms were always clean. They provided me with everything that I needed including ice, iron, and extra blankets. The room comes with slippers which I thought was a nice touch. The reservation included breakfast which had a large number of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is peaceful and quiet. The area is not walkable so you will need a car. The rooms are very high tech which I love. Overall, great stay!

I am usually not active in rating, but the service level of this hotel is above expectation. I have had several business trips in different countries. This is a place you feel welcome, cared for, and prioritised. Definitely my first choice if I an coming back to this region again.
