Near from the toll way hotel easy to access. Hotel staff very kind she let us late check out,it make us a lot easy to manage time Shopping. View around hotel is nice. The room is cozy classic. The breakfast is excellent.

Room was great and worth it, safe wasn't working in both rooms had to use reception safe and pillows were very thin. Service was great in the restaurant check in and concierge. But was hard to communicate with some housekeeping staff due to a language barrier. Location was perfect with a great view and massive garden overlooking serravale, vineyards, and a golf course. It was close to The outlet mall but there was a road closure on the route to the hotel. You can recieve discounts for the outlet mall including designer stores and the water park though the hotel was supposed to sign the coupon and give it to us so we had to pay for the aqua park instead of having 2 free hours. All in all out stay at this hotel was perfect and I aish to return!
