Beautiful old hotel in a small village pontecurone, which is located comfortably between Milan and the sea. The village itself is lovely and offers a great local experience. The hotel is well kept, the owners are friendly, has a nice swimming pool and we had a beautiful renovated room. There was airconditioning available, but not strong enough for the August heat of 40 degrees. There is a basic breakfast available for 7 Euro per person and there are enough options around the hotel too. Expect more a family owned local B&B setting with its own charms than a standard four star hotel.
It is a good hotel, a little dated.
