I stayed in this hotel last year and decided to come back with my family. The hotel is quiet, old-fashioned in a very positive way and has a truly Venetian vibe. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is served in a spacious room with a view and/or in the garden. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The hotel offers various additional services and the hotel manager explains everything during the check in. We used the beach service and it was excellent. We spent an amazing relaxing week with our children here and will definitely come back. Thank you, dear Mabapa team.

Wonderful stay at this well preserved art deco villa. The location, the style, the views, the food, the service the kindness and efficiency of the staff compose an amazing experience. I couldn’t ask for more from my stay in Venice area. I definitely recommend the hotel to anybody that travels to Venice. After spending a day in gorgeous but extremely busy Venice, in only 15’ boat ride we were in this beautiful stylish nest of tranquility. In Lido and in villa Mabapa. Simply wonderful!!!

Advertised as a 4 star hotel, unfortunately not in my opinion. Originally booked a double room for my daughter and I and then found out it didn't include a bathroom, so upgraded to a superior double room. Requested 2 single beds, which were the most uncomfortable ones we have slept on with mattresses being rock hard. The room got extremely cold at night, and the walls were paper thin, hearing everything going on. As it also overlooked the garden, it was lit up by the lights from the restaurant and outside bar area, and we could hear other guest conversations. If you stay here, do not stay in the Villa Pradel part of the hotel. The tea and coffee facilities were also not topped up each day, and on our last day, there was no extra toilet roll, and the tea/coffee area hadn't been cleaned. We were also woken up each morning by the sound of a paint scraper being used by the workman who was removing the plaster from the outside walls of the rooms above! The hotel is also a good 15 minute walk from the main water bus terminus. The best thing in the hotel was the breakfast!
