Hotel Villa Mercedes San Cristobal

Nice hotel. Service is really good. We found out there wasn't a microwave in the room which is a pretty basic commodity in hotels. You can hear noise coming from other rooms and from outside the hotel. House keeping is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel in the premium league. Rooms are big, clean and nicely furnished. The place is calm and for 40 Pesos a taxi will drop you off in the old town.

Nice hotel located outside the center. Around there is a shopping center, a cinema, a theater and little else, so I would say that it's okay to stay one night. The center can also be reached on foot but the walk is a bit long. The hotel is very nice with bright and spacious rooms. The bathroom is a bit small but still clean even if there is a curtain in the shower and not the glass and I do not like it very much because it gives the idea of poor hygiene but are personal tastes. I used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was not exceptional but I would give a 6/10. Breakfast was also of little choice, perhaps more like a b & b breakfast. Rated breakfast 5/10 Of note that in my bed there were dirty sheets that they replaced quickly after reporting it. It can happen but it is a very serious thing and this will affect the final grade. Overall a good hotel certainly not 5 star but a 3 star ... on trust!
