The hotel is probably not 4 star rated, and even though is a bit outdated, rooms are very clean, the pool is nice, breakfast area is lovely and breakfast was good, the sea location is not the greatest. We had an issue with the bathtub and they solved it super quickly, so what could have been a negative experience turned out to be something positive to highlight. Staff is very friendly.
It's true that this Hotel is a bit outdated and probably not a 4-star. But accomodation and pool are really OK and staff is nice. We invited some of our guests to stay there for a wedding in 2018 and when we wanted to come back, we booked a room with a down payment... and then covid happened. First, they refused to pay us back and booked a room the year after... Then time flew by and recently, they decided that it was too late. So this is how they stole us 200 euros, too bad! You can really enjoy your stay there but if you look for real 4 star experience in the area with better views and honest owners, I recommend the following places: - Scala dei Turchi resort - Villa Panorama
Too expensive and worn down - location also not very great even if on the beach. They try to charge extra for everything - pay attention to the bill when checking out. The rooms are outdated and worn down. Our shower door fell off, the handle from the tap in the sink also came off. Totally do not recommend and the price is not worth it at all.
