Fab hotel on seafront staff very friendly and everything spotless. Breakfast very good as well. Lovely quite location at nitetime no noise and underground parking

Reluctant & rude service, seemed like guests were a chore. Below average breakfast. Not a 4 star hotel, a low 3 star. Avoid, best enjoyed from outside.
