This hotel is so nice! The hotel offers a fantastic experience with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A perfect place to relax and enjoy!

With a few changes, this could be a really great place. Breakfast ending at 10:00 is too early and bar closing at 22:00 the same. Changing this would attract much more customers, especially in the evening. A bit more mood lighting, music and a real bartender making drinks until 0:00 or 1:00 could do miracles. For the rest, the hotel is good, a historical and architecturally beautiful building with a nice pool and wellness area in the basement, as well as private underground parking. Rooms are modern and clean, whenever small and overpriced.

Positive feedback : The hotel seems fully renovated, the rooms look modern and still smell like new. Great location in front of the beach . Pets Friendly ! The rest was very disappointing! - Breakfast: Horrible ! Very limited options ! Don’t expect a warm breakfast because you gonna have cold eggs, cold bacon and everything else standing at the buffet at ambient temperature ! They don’t keep the buffet food heated or refrigerated what is very risky for your health. Besides that the guests have to serve themselves with everything, what is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel . We had to squeeze our own orange juice by hand , coffee is served without spoon or sugar.. they will tell you to get everything yourself in the buffet. - Wellness : they say on the website that the swimming pool temperature is 29 degrees, what in reality you will have cold water ! The sauna is super small where it fits only 2 persons max. Very limited schedule to use the wellness. Swimming Pool until 18h and sauna ONLY from 15h to 18h. - Reception : Always empty, you have to search for staff because there is nobody at the reception. - Rooms : bad sound isolation, you can hear everything from the outside or from other rooms.
