Everything goes here at a slow pace, with grace and elegance. The staff is extremely polite and we felt treated like nobility A very big thank you to the staff of the hotel!

Very much what you read; very nice facility but service is NOT SLH. Staff of several young women stare at you when you arrive but don’t assist in any way. This was consistent from check in, breakfast and check out. Stayed at SLH Manza a week earlier and the service was impeccable. This place needs management to wake up. Heard many complaints during our stay. Physically, facility is lovely and clean
