The place is fantastic. The staff are amazing, the rooms are huge, beautiful and very clean. The pool area is very chilled and comfortable. I would 💯 stay her again Unfortunately the only thing that wasn’t ideal was that the shuttle to Florence was out of action and it is far out. The train was 14 min walk and very cheap but we stayed late at the opera and a taxi back cost us 50€
We had an amazing stay! Despite a few misunderstandings with some of her coworkers, Loure went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, ensuring we left completely satisfied. If you need any assistance during your stay at Fantastic Garden, I highly recommend asking for Loure.
Location is quite out of the way. It is a walk from the bus stop to the hotel and i had to switch twice when coming from the city centre. Expect to travel about an hour plus by bus if you miss the train. The train is far as well. The rooms are clean which is good and the breakfast was alright. But the kettle in my room was not working, the water pressure from the shower is low so you have to wait quite a bit to use the tub. I appreciate the water dispenser at the hotel lobby.
