Hotel Villa Undulna Terme della Versilia

Good location, good service, and good food at a reasonable price. We ate lunch at the hotel each day we stayed and were very satisfied. For us a large breakfast buffet was complimentary, while there were add on charges for only a few items like omelette made to order. I will disagree with others who call for a refresh of the apartments or pool, I loved the retro resort feel of the place. The pool skylight is somewhat overgrown with vines and the mineral spa leaves a haze on the glass. It was not 'dirty' as some negative reviews say, instead I felt more of an antique ambience. We found the spa to be easy to book and the prices reasonable. This could be a good place or a bad place to bring kids. More mature teenagers will enjoy it more. The pool is part of the spa and is meant for relaxation, not play. If you want to splash and shout, the beach is two blocks away.

The perfect location of the hotel allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds. We could easily take short trips to beautiful Tuscany, as well as enjoy the charm of the Italian Riviera. We especially enjoyed our excursions to the stunning Cinque Terre, which was easily accessible from the hotel. Thank you for making our vacation a perfect experience. Hotel is ideally situated. Stayed in the apartment which is really good with a family but need a refresh. 240 euros the night. Disappointed to not have the breakfast with it, I was going to pay but refused due to such high cost! 20euros per person, even kids who eat a boal of cereal! The pool really needs a refreshing windows and walls are filthy! Can't go without stupid swimming caps😱 (are we in the 60s?), kids could barely play without having the guard whistle. We stayed 30min and went to the beach instead. Did not try the restaurant, seemed too expensive. Honestly, you would be better go to a simple hotel or Appartement without spa.
