Hotel Villa Venus Resort & SPA

My review is regarding a Spa packages. I bought a spa package for a Christmas present. 60 min spa plus dinner (2 course, side, dessert and water) The spa was lovely, a really great and relaxing experience Unfortunately the person who received it was not really happy about the dinner. Apparently there was not that much to choose. First course - Pasta with broccoli and ham Or - Pasta with burrata cheese and cherry tomatoes. Main course - grilled octopus or - grilled caciocavallo with porcini mushrooms on bruschetta bread ( really people goes to a restaurant for it? I believe it's something you expect at the village festival) The pasta with broccoli had no flavor at all. The desert’s presentation was not that great, and there was not choice,let me say not something that you expect in a restaurant. There was a gluten free request and the staff came to the table with a wild berries tart without asking if the person likes the wild berries.

Hotel is almost near to highway, and has a big parking place. Room is comfortable with air conditioning, safe, a small TV maybe a 20 16:9, the frigobar is equipped with small water bottles and nothing else. Bathroom is nice I liked shower with hydrojets even if some maintenance is needed. Nice breakfast room with some homemade goods, I liked it! Staff very kindly and prices are right.

This hotel is very convenient and comfortable. Situated alongside the motorway which makes it very easy to travel. It has a very good breakfast and the rooms are clean and comfy. Stuff was excellent. The only downside of this hotel is the WiFi, which is very poor. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
