Awesome location, stellar service and flexible sales team. We booked a room and other facilities for a family event, weren't the only ones in this situation and all was handled smoothly.

Everything is great except for the mosquitos but they also disappear after 10pm. Still, they are very annoying and plenty. There are many things to do at the hotel and the outdoor pool is really nice. Service team is generally very helpful, especially at the reception, but restaurant staff may smile a little more often - people are on holidays or leisure / integration trips and they love to see positivity around them. All in all, a place I would highly recommend to families, companies for integration trips, couples for a getaway and even large groups who want to stopover on the way.

Great place to stay at with your kids. Several indoor and outdoor swimming pools with slides, jacuzzis, saunas and a spa area. You can stroll to the indoor pools from your room in your bathrobe, which is convenient. A great variety of tasty food served in the buffets (although I've come across one or two unpalatable items, too, e.g., sunny-side ups). Nice, large playroom for your kids with many attractions. A pool table and a ping-pong table, which are occupied most of the time. Outdoor attractions include two tennis courts and a playground with swings and a merry-go-round. Best of all for kids is a one-of-a-kind electric-powered roundabout pulling round sleds on an all-season surface. Well-kept grounds with a pond and a rock garden. Highly recommended for parents with kids. Couples without kids will be overwhelmed by the tumult.
