We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with lots of hanging space for clothes etc. The restaurant food offered at night had a good selection of dishes. Only downside for us British was that the food was served on cold plates that seems to be the norm in Spain. The result of cold plates means the food gets cold very quickly and spoils the taste of the dish when eaten cold. The Breakfast Buffet arrangement is small and not much choice on display. We had to call on the waiter a lot as Breakfast items had to be replenished often when there were more guests. Nevertheless, the overall standard of this hotel is high.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful family owned hotel. When we first arrived we were greeted by Veronica. She was super friendly and she was very helpful. We appreciated the complimentry sodas, waters and chocolates they were left in our room. Most hotels would charge for these mini bar items. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a larger bathroom with double sinks. They also give you a choice of pillows. The room fee included breakfast which was very good. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and the service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to this area. Thank you!!

Very disappointed with this 4star hotel. It was to be our treat in a 2 week holiday with our bikes staying in lower star places. Picked it as it was a “bike friendly” hotel. It wasn’t as bike storeroom was downstairs and sharp right then into a room. This would have been impossible for us as our bikes are electric and heavy. Manoeuvring the sharp corner would also have been v difficult. Next problem was the pool. It wasn’t open until 4pm. Sauna had to be pre booked so it would be turned on. But we weren’t told about this until we went to use it. Getting the towels for the pool was always a waiting game, you had to ask at reception then had to wait while they went and got them for you. Next problem and the nail in the coffin for us was the meal in the highly recommended restaurant. It was very quiet, only 3 tables occupied. Starters were lovely. I ordered medium steak my husband order pork. Mine arrived blue with the wrong side order, the pork was pink and uncooked in parts. Sent both back, mine came back rare but I could eat it. The pork was even more badly cooked. Literally cold and raw in the middle. The poor waitress was mortified and was always very nice. We were offered by the manager , to put it under the grill. My husband at this stage felt queasy as he had eaten some of the first lot so list his appetite completely. They did take it off the bill, but the meal was ruined. The breakfast was disappointing, showed a microwave when we asked could the tortilla be warmed. No option to order any hot eggs like fried or an omlette. Only natural yogurts and no fruit. Told we could have had the eggs if we had asked, but again no sign to say that. The whole thing just was not a 4 star experience which was so very disappointing. Other than that the staff were all lovely and helpful.
