Hotel Vin Grapevine Autograph Collection

This was truly the best hotel experience I have had in my life. The front desk was so welcoming and kind. I told them I am an artist from out of state and was in Grapevine for a gallery show my artwork was in. They sent a plate of macarons to my room with a sweet handwritten note congratulating me! The room was the cleanest and most comfortable room I had ever stayed in. The espresso machine was so nice to have in the morning. I love how you don’t have to leave the hotel for food, drinks and entertainment as there is plenty of that on the ground floor in the massive food halls. I enjoyed a lovely brunch in lobby restaurant before heading to the airport. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Hotel Vin!

I was a recent guest for a wedding and was blown away by the service of the banquet staff!! Roy, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive to me having a little one - and constantly checking on us by bringing a kids plate out early, going to the kitchen to get more apps, and water. Our whole table received our food at the same time for every course, and the service for the whole evening was the best I’ve ever had for that level of people!

The hotel is in a great location, which we really appreciated. However, we were disappointed to find there was no swimming pool or water feature available to relax by—something we had hoped for during our stay. Additionally, our experience with the front desk staff was less than welcoming. One staff member in particular repeatedly interrupted and didn’t allow me to finish my questions. It felt as though she had pre-decided responses without taking the time to listen, which made the interaction frustrating.
