One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Great service by the wonderful staff, both during breakfast, tapas at lunch and during dinner. Especially want to send a thanks out to Luis, part of the restaurant team, for making our stay memorable. And thanks to the entire staff of Vincci Bilbao. Also, can't forget to mention the wonderful location of the hotel, close to the stores and the Guggenheim!
Great & convenient location. Opposite the Guggenheim, city a short walk away and tons of very good restaurants nearby. Travelling with children it is always great to have connecting rooms. There is a small car park and you should reserve a spot well in advance. For me Elena/Helena from reservations was a star- excellent customer service!
Average but not 4 star. The location is great. Bed is comfy, but the room smells musty. The drapes need to be cleaned because they are very dusty and smell. Staff did not pay attention to details, like the number of towels, out of toilet paper, out of Kleenex, and water. You only receive water the first night of the stay. The parking is limited and we called to reserve one the day before, when we arrived no parking. Had to walk 5 minutes to a lot in the rain to park. Also they can only accommodate small cars. The breakfast is decent. The view from the room is nice.
