Hotel Vincci Valdecañas Golf

Amazing place! Well organized and taken care of. The only negative we had is a rude server at the breakfast who refused to give us some chocolate buns. We came 30 min before the breakfast ends and for 3 of us there was only one small pastry. We waited for them to refill, but it never happened. Asked the server and she said “no more” and literally 60 seconds later carried a full tray of them “for vips”.

Located inside a private island, is a very nice hotel with astounding views. Price is steep, food quality in the restaurant was very good but service was very slow.

The place is natural, quiet and wonderful. The hotel was once great with 4 stars, now the service and contents are not 4 stars. Registration and the work of the staff was a fiasco for this hotel, I was alone and waited 40 minutes for them to check me in, I was tired and asked to be given the opportunity to stay in a room, but the manager replied that the registration system did not make it possible to issue an access key...super! The rooms are large, excellent mattress, no carpet on the floor, the decoration and design of the room is boring and of poor quality, the set of toiletries is like in a regular hotel by the road). There are problems with the shower and drainage....unpleasant. There is no free drinking water. There is no kettle and accessories. There is a mini bar with prices from parallel reality)). The noise insulation of the room is average. It is interesting to visit here if the cost per room is not higher than 90 euros, otherwise it is not worth it.
