Hotel Vinícola Parvada by Lumina

Overall, it is a clean hotel with good service. I made several requests, such as ice, cups, and hot water, and they responded well to all of them. The hair dryer is in the dresser drawer, and there are not enough towels. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and includes toast, cereal, and fruit. It is a very good hotel for a family to stay for a day.

An oasis of luxury paired with an amazing vineyard in the heart of the historic wine region of Parras (The Oldest wine making region in the Americas). Designed by the renowned architecture firm Artigas, Parvada Hotel flows seamlessly between vineyards, pecan groves and luxurious accommodations. With only 10 rooms, the hotel is an intimate place with great service and beautifully appointed rooms. We stayed in the Pinot Noir (#6) and it has a great view of the pool from its balcony. We loved the restaurant Nido and the tour of the Vineyard with a wine tasting. We also lounged in the pool and enjoyed the amazing views and the serenity of the region. We will be back, it’s an amazing place!

The place is beautiful and new. Rooms are ok but not extraordinary: big room but we paid panoramic view and we had view to the spa building few meters from the balcony in ground floor (that was disappointed for a $400+ USD room). The bedroom had not enough towels or personal care items (one towel, one soap, not body lotion). Our ground floor rooms was not soundproof, we can hear everything from the next door. Safe was not locked to the wall or closet (anybody can carryout). You have to do reservations in advance at the restaurant as we didn’t have room for dinner (it is open for visitors and guests) and there is not closer place to go. The personal was very nice but they look under a lot of stress at the restaurant. Overall was nice but for the price we expected a 4.5/5 stars service and it was not there yet. Hope they can improve because the area, intrastructure and the project is really nice.
