Renovated historic hotel in a great location. Outstanding tile work throughout building. Cafe service in lobby is a nice add. Easy to start the day with a latte. General manager was attentive and very helpful

We loved our stay at Hotel Virginia Santa Barbara! The location is ideal — right in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The hotel itself has so much charm and character, with a beautiful blend of historic touches and modern comfort. Our room was very clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and overall relaxed vibe of the property. A perfect spot for exploring Santa Barbara — we would absolutely stay here again!

Overall this hotel is comfortable, has a convenient location, clean, and great customer service but that’s about it. No amenities here, just a comfortable place to stay. I chose it for the close proximity to the train station and state street. The next time I come to town for vacation I will probably choose another location that offers amenities such as a pool, free coffee, pool etc.
