Excellent service, wellness and location. Food was good, different choices and fresh fruits. The room was very clean and had a pleasant smell.
Beautiful hotel on the riverside. Exceptionally good breakfast and dinner with wide selection of food and drinks. The hotel staff is always very helpful. Highly recommended.
The hotel was very nice and we had a great time. The main downside in the rooms were two things. The air conditioning did not seem to work and it was extremely hot in the room, and the mistrace might as well have been concrete. The spa area was great, and there were clear signs of kid and no-kids areas, but unfortunately that is not enforced, so you see kids being kids in areas meant only for adults, but that is fine, because thankfully the kids we encountered well well behaved. The hotel is within walking distance to boat trips and restaurants and the beautiful castle needs transportation to access but transport is not expensive and the hotel even helped in that regard. The food was good, the selection of breakfast in relation to fruits is poor, but the service and quality of the food otherwise is excellent. It is a really good 4 star hotel. Would the matrace have been better and a way to mitigate the very hot temperatures inside, it would have been an easy 5 stars.
