Hotel Vita Bella Resort & Spa

The hotel has a great location, you can reach many shops and restaurants on foot. It has a wonderful beach, with clean sea, all facilities you might need. The restaurant is ok, but it was disappointing that they don’t have any fish in the evenings - they have a kebab menu for the evenings. The service was very good and fast although they had reduced personnel at the end of September as we stayed there. Personnel very friendly and well trained. Balcony was great. Our only dissatisfaction was with the room, there is not even a coffee table, no desk, in general too little place for stuff.

This was my third time visiting Vita Bella and again it didn't disappoint! The rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need, and all our time was spent relaxing at both the fab beach deck and pool areas. All the food is really yummy, the rose chilled, and the staff are all lovely and helpful. There's a good mix of restaurants just a 2min walk away as well, and the dinner at the hotel (which was a new addition this year) was great. We'll definitely be back!

We came with a big group of people to celebrate a wedding here. We booked are rooms well ahead of time and they still ended up wrong. This led to us having to get a cot in a room for one night. The rooms require a key to keep the electricity running which isn’t a problem if the front desk will give you two. They did not and the meant we had to leave are keys in the room to keep the AC running or come home to a scorching hot room. The reception would have to let us into our room when we returned. The rooms are ok and the beds are small and very firm. The bathroom is always hot no matter what you do. The staff seems mostly friendly but the reception charges us for things that we didn’t use such as the minibar. The only reason to stay here is if you’re looking for a good location and don’t plan on spending much time at the hotel other than sleeping. I wish I had better things to say about this hotel because we all had high hopes.
