Hotel Vittoria

Great little hotel with great service. The man (I didn’t get his name) at the reception was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. Good breakfast as well in a very charming dining room with beautiful decorations!

Great location for transport links, rooms were more than adequate, all the staff were very friendly. A few comments I've read about how old and dated the hotel is, it has a great Agatha Christie feel about it. It's a typical old school Italian hotel, would have no issue returning here or recommending it to others.

The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, 24 hour and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the building itself is extremely old and goddy and in desperate need of renovation. he view from my room was on the old AC unit and brick wall. The facilities felt run-down and shabby, which took away from the overall experience. If the hotel ever updates its infrastructure, invest in working AC it could be a fantastic place to stay, thanks to the amazing personnel. T Alberto was by far the most professional hotel receptionist I’ve ever encountered. He went above and beyond to help guests and truly deserves double the recognition (and pay!) for all his hard work trying to satisfy frustrated customers. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of improvement. There was no air conditioning until June 1st, the shower handle kept falling off, the tea kettle lid was broken, and the entire room was smelly and I felt like stepping back 100 years into a very old establishment. While the staff, especially Alberto, do their best, the building and amenities really let the experience down. Attaching pictures confirming my review.
