The hotel cancelled our reservation a WEEK before arrival. We booked half-year in advance. First they said the credit card was invalid. After providing to them other 2 different cards - they wrote us same email (invalid card, looks like bot was typing). Then they cancelled the booking. This is the first time we are experiencing such lack of communication and technical difficulties with cards. We were traveling using those credit and debit cars all over the world and we never had this issue with hotels elsewhere. We wrote email and whatsap message stating a question why they cancelled the booking, how can we resolve this issue, but 2 days passed and there was no answer. We tried whatsap and mobile phone call - no one was answering and calling back. Apparently they wanted to cancel our booking, so they can offer the room again but for higher price. Beware of such scam.
Same review as most others here. Beware of this hotel! It's all a scam because they want to take out higher prices. We booked several weeks in advance and a week before arrival they are trying to trigger up the price by declining not only 1 of our cards, but 4!!!
Worst hotel ever Everything dirty and broke starting with ac they shut it down while you not there and old and dirty rooms with broken handles and outlets
