From the kindness and understanding online that staff showed when I had to cancel last minute due to flight issues, and the support when needing to reschedule. The restaurant is fantastic. The location, ambiance, service, and unique rooms. I extended my stay by an entire month. Is definitely a Hotel I would return to, and recommend to others.

First, they messed-up my reservation, BUT, after some haggling they gave me a smaller room/bed. The room was tiny, but well decorated. The single bed was one step softer than a hard floor and they had no pillows, just some lumpy cushions with no covers. The room and the bathroom were clean. There is no AC or fan, so you have to open the windows to get some air circulation and not sofocate. BUT then you hear EVERYTHING going on in and outside the hotel, and the first night there was a lot of activity/drama going on in the lobby. The hotel is in a good location, but I would not stay there again.

Small rooms. Not clean. Unfriendly staff. Everyone who complaints here do they call liars. So incredibly unprofessional. They are one of the most inflexibel hosts I have ever had. Most positive reviews seem fake to me. The neighbourhood is unsafe with many drug addicts. Be careful and book in a safer neighborhood.
