Hotel Waldhof

We've really enjoyed our time on this fabulous hotel in Fulpmes! A wonderfull place to appreciate a snowed city! The hotel was very easy to access. During our stay, we've really appreciated all the team member of the hotek who were very kind and helpful. They have welcomed very well especially Margareta who was a lovely one. She is a good listener, and welcomed us with the best manner that can exist. We will recommand this hotel without hesitation to our family and friends and we will not miss to back to this magical place.

The hotel is at the top of the village so when you go to the village to eat you have to go down/up and it is a bit more difficult if you have health problems. It's an unstaffed hotel so you have all the details on email. Only in the morning at breakfast we saw waiters. Looks like a nice hotel, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very good. I was satisfied with the accommodation except when one day and a half we had no hot water and were not notified. We had to call ourselves to find out what was going on. In addition we only received an apology, not even a discount or money back or a discount for future accommodation. Nothing, just an apology, as if apologies help.

The place is wonderful, the breakfast is great but the hote rooms are dirty with 🕸️ and without heating. The hotel administration is outsourced, you can't find anyone in the hotel if you have a problem.
