Hotel Walhalla

I am very impressed with the hotel. The reception staff are very good. The atmosphere inside and the decoration are beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. It is worth the price. It is near the parking lot and the train station, only 1-2 minutes away.

The junior suite I booked was very spacious and clean, but it’s VERY basic. There was only one glass and a few paper cups. The bath products are in a plastic Molton Brown bottle that looked old, like it’s been refilled a million times, which also doesn’t convince me that what’s inside is by Molton Brown. There’s no mini bar or even a mini fridge, but there is a Nespresso and some tea. For a JUNIOR SUITE, I would’ve expected some more effort. I don’t know what the standard rooms are like, but I hope it’s not worse. The outlets were most frustrating. I have one of those adaptors that accommodates multiple charging cables. You know, the ones with the prongs protruding from a circular head. It didn’t fit into 99% of them. Luckily, there was ONE I found I could use. Like, how old is the building? I will say that the breakfast buffet was decent. Although, if there was a full house, I don’t know how it would accommodate everyone, seeing as there’s only a corner of the dining area dedicated to it. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s like two steps from the train station and five steps from the town center.
