Hotel Wallace a Member of Design Hotels Orso hotel

I stayed in June, and the receptionist late at night was rude and constantly spoke to me angrily in French, despite me saying I don't speak or understand French. He told me to be quiet when I tried to speak. I felt as though my father was telling me off! I think he was upset because I woke him up by tapping on the locked door! He was asleep in the TV room! He was very very rude! I regret staying there but I paid in advance. Never again. I wasn't allowed to go out and smoke because he wanted to lock the door and sleep. Awful customer service. No free parking... despite advertising they do. I parked my car 1 km away and carried my suitcase. They think they can treat people like this because we're all tourists. Sorry that this is long winded, but I relived that moment again just now.

Very poor services. Lights in room not working, barring one dressing table light. We made the hotel representative aware of it, he assured us it will be taken care of and he wont be able to change our room as the hotel was fullly booked. The lightings were not fixed for 3 days, despite of following up with the hotel representatives daily before leaving in morning and after comming back in night. Apart from this, the washroom door had no lock. One of the hotel representative was very rude. Very dissatisfied with the way we were treated.

The staff from this hotel reception is involved in fake taxi business with the leaving guests, who are suggested to be taken to airport at a low price, but then they are attacked by the african driver giving them a really high price for the trip. Please do not allow them to make that thing with you.
