Hotel Walter

The pillow sheets were not clean, we asked for clean ones, but they said they dont have any.

It was an average hotel, nothing special. It was okay for few days. At breakfast the coffee machine broke one day and they didn’t fix it for the rest of our stay there nor did they offer an alternative. They could simply make the coffee and put it in a bowl, but no they were too lazy to do anything about it.

The hotel is terrible, the elevators are awful. One of the elevators is not working, and the one that does makes so much noise that you can even hear it from your room. The person at the reception acts like they are anti-Muslim. We asked for a first aid kit, and they said they didn't have one. We asked for ice, and they said they didn't have any either. They are not helpful with anything. It doesn't feel like a hotel room; it's more like a dormitory turned into a hotel. The rooms are dirty, and the bathrooms and toilets are filthy; they are not cleaned, and there is a general hygiene problem. The breakfast is terrible; there is no variety, and what is available is inedible. Adalı Tour brought us to this hotel. The refrigerator barely works; it has a strange system. The dryer is not a proper dryer but rather a heater with a heating element. It is hard to tell whether the air conditioning works or not. The windows in the rooms do not fully open, and the curtain is so thin that when the light is on, people outside can see in. It is disturbing. This hotel doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. I highly recommend not staying here.
