Our experience with the hotel is just exceptionally amazing! From its location, the room and the service, I don’t think we can complain anything. The Walther family is extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff in the hotel, from front desk to the restaurant to the spa, they are just so well-trained, absolutely highest standard of presentation of the Swiss hospitality! Thank you once again for making our second-time experience with Pontrasina so unforgettable. We wish to come back again soon!
This hotel is absolutely amazing. Every single detail in this grand hotel is attended to without feeling stuffy. The owners, Herr Walther and Frau Walther, are phenomenal hosts. They make you feel like you are the most important guest. And, I cannot say enough about the hotel staff. So very friendly and professional. Nicest hotel experience I have ever had.
Warm welcoming by the owner. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a comfortable and cozy stay. We enjoyed the night in the hotel and have a wonderful start for our trip. It was the perfect choice.
