The hotel has great views (when it's not foggy) south to the Alps. Very handy if you are walking the Jura Crest as it's at the end of the stage. Lovely bedroom and excellent four course dinner.
*Review for Restaurant only* We did not stay in the hotel but stopped by for a bite since we were exploring this mountain. The view is splendid, but the highlight of the meal was the Jackfruit burger. I would return just to have this burger again. As a native of health-crazed California, I have tried many forms of jackfruit to be made into a veg-friendly dish. Restaurant Weissenstein provides the best Jackfruit meal I have every had. The Jackfruit patty is formed to be thick then fried in a crispy panko like coating. The coating isn't too thick nor too oily. The interior was still juicy and flavorful without falling apart despite being a thick patty. From experience, I have found that many jackfruit "burger" patties tend to crumble.
We were only in the restaurant and had a great time. The burger was delicious! Especially the bun!
