Hotel Weisses Kreuz

I cannot recommend this hotel/spa enough. The care and details they put into everything from our welcome note and little gift to the dining experiences (I have dietary restrictions and they went above and beyond in accommodating me) to the rooms and spa. It was by far my favorite vacation we have taken so far! Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful experience.

We booked one night but after checking in and experiencing the hotel facilities we extended our stay. Special shout out to the very attentive and knowledgeable bar man and the whole kitchen crew - you made our visit memorable. We‘ll be back!

I stayed here for a week over the winter holidays. The food is SUPERB. Great breakfast, nice lunch options, and great dinner. Cheers to the kitchen! The service on the other hand is poor. The welcome experience is poor. The staff is weird and seems absent though physically mostly present. As in, there's usually a bunch of smoking staff standing in front of the hotel. I want to point out, that the rooms don't look by far as polished as in the photos. It's a pretty and well maintained hotel, but it's not a designer hotel per se. Just consider this if you are looking for that type of experience.
