Hotel Wellness & Spa Angelo Gabriel

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Wellness & Spa Angelo Gabriel! The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kitchenette and a minibar, which made my stay comfortable and homely. The spa facilities were a highlight – the sauna and wellness treatments were exactly what I needed to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, ensuring my stay was smooth from start to finish. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Free parking and Wi-Fi were additional perks that made the experience even better.

I have been in many hotels so far... but this one I’ll remember for a long time. Unfortunately these memories won’t be happy. I’ve shown up with my group in the late evening. The first impression from the outside was very nice. But when I’ve entered the room it was all gone. Smashed mosquitos were all over the walls I wanted to open the balcony (it was supposed to be an advantage) but the door knob was broken and turning around. I’ve unscrewed the knob by myself to see if I can repair it but the broken metal pin was repaired with paper tape. It means that the owner rents „bedroom with balcony” knows that the door are broken, but doesn’t care about that. Later I’ve decided to take a shower. The water was running but the drain was clogged and the water level in basin arised up to 15cm during one minute. After that the shower head got broken. The other one of us was also trying to take a shower but he couldn’t open the water valve, as you may suppose it also got broken, the water started spilling everywhere, he went to inform the owner who closed water valve for the whole hotel until the morning and didn’t care that his guests can’t take a shower. In the morning we went to the breakfast which seemed to okay, but it turned out to be lethal. Me and my girlfriend were vomiting the all evening and night until morning, probably because of old grilled vegetables soaked in grease. The last but not least was the price. We were in 8 countries during this holidays and this was the most expensive, 70 euro for double bedroom, even the 4 stars hotel in the center of Bratislava was cheaper. When we sat in our cars after finishing the payment, the owner went outside of the hotel and was counting banknotes in front of us like a small mean Gypsy. I hardly ever write some opinions, only if I really enjoyed something or did not at all. I wish this opinion was just an imagination but it was true. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT VISIT THIS „HOTEL” (Probably the owners won’t care about my words cause they don’t speak english) P.S. The location is pretty good ;)

We traveled here because they advertise an apartment style place with two bedrooms but it’s not true. One small room only
