Location is right on the Main Square overlooking The Cloth Hall. You can hear the trumpeter sound each hour from the tower. The rooms & bathroom are very swish. Check in is a doddle with well informed receptionist.

Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. The rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and full of character, maintaining the charm of this historic building while offering modern amenities. From the moment you step inside, you feel the thoughtful attention to detail and the care put into ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. I highly recommend Hotel Wentzl to anyone visiting Kraków. It’s a rare combination of location, service, and atmosphere that keeps me coming back.
