Located just a few steps from the village, it offers delicious food, good comfort, a spa area, divided between adults only and families, with plenty of relaxing space, a nice garden and outdoor pool to enjoy during summer. It's very hard to find something to complain about, stayed here for Silvester and the hotel went beyond expectations even though it was full of guests. Clients are mixed German and Italian people.
Absolutely perfect!!!! Charming hotel with caring employees and the best owner who is interested in his guests. Which is not really usual as you know. ( He talks to you, recommends you some trips, care about you...) Perfect hotel for family just as for couple. We were there only with my husband and we almost didn´t know about another kids. Clean room, the chambermaid is tidying and cleaning your room every day completely. Delicious food and great servise. Breakfast is varied and hearty. Dinner must tried! There is no word how to describe the unforgettable experience. Serving dinner is like a ritual. Amazing taste and variety of type of food. I absolutely recommend this hotel, which is like paradise. We will definitely come back!
Staying for one night, the checkin was bumpy from a process perspective. Person was rather rude and uninviting and unhelpful. Eating dinner and chewing while talking while checking us in, gesturing vaguely as to where we can get luggage carts, mumbling about the included dinner options, the room number was almost illegible (so we couldn’t find the room). No assistance in us finding a spot in the (including and pre-reserved) parking area or the broken elevator. When addressed politely we were given a rumble of rude response I would not expect from anyone. The Wiesenhof room is nice enough, though price asked for it is high (even in pre-season). The view is good (east) and bathrooms are good enough. For a night is ok - would pick a different local venue for longer.
