Great location for our futsal tournament. Overall 4*. Rooms are basic but cleaning is excellent. Fridge in the room. Good A/C. Decent Satellite range of Satellite channels. Overall staff were friendly but perhaps one could have been a bit less confrontational upon arrival. The room has a security safe but is quite small plus €5 charge. No option to upgrade the WiFi which was slow although free. Limited range at breakfast but all very edible. Decent coffee. Bonus to have a Swimming Pool on the roof with fantastic views of Funchal.
Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Located right in the centre so easy to get to everything. I had a rental car and was able to park in the hotel parking for a fee which made us super easy to pop in and out and not have to worry about finding street parking. Rooms were basic but did the job as I didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!
The overall hotel experience was good. Staff was mostly friendly, clean rooms and the pool area was nice. Breakfast in the otherhand was a bit disappointing. The warm foods were really oily and there was no protein containing foods. However the location, price and rooms/pool makes this place worth it.
