Hotel Woodcliff Lake

The manager on duty helped me upgrade my room to an executive room. He gave me a complimentary bottle of water. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed a lot. The restaurant served us the best pizza. In the morning staff was very helpful, she helped me send some extra towels. We would recommend this hotel. The breakfast attendant was super sweet.

Pretty clean, easy check in, plenty of free parking, lots of shops and stores around, no complaints. I will say it’s a big Hilton and I almost got lost trying to get to my room. Workout spaces looked good enough for a good workout. Bar area was clean with good service. Rooms were clean and came with decent shower gels and shampoo. Didn’t check out the pools and other amenities but def recommended from what I did see for the price paid.

Hallways are very loud, room doors slam really hard especially when they have weddings and the kids are running in and out at all hour's, I came here on business and it was not a comfortable stay when I have an early morning flight. Also they don't change sheets on your bed unless u asked them too, I expected sheets changed when you ask for room service but apparently you have to ask to have your sheets replaced, which leads me to think if they were changed before I even got my room 🤮. On a better note the food was very good, service in restaurants were very good, buffet for breakfast was delicious. The presentation of the hotel is very good but as far as value it was lacking.
